Baroque concertos in the backyard.
Camerata Utricia played her debut concert in the garden of Ludgerushof. The concert was an opportunity for the neighbourhood to come together and was supported by NORMA Startersfonds in collaboration with Portaal and De Tussenvoorziening. We were happy to play baroque music in a friendly and open environment reaching a broad audience. There are beautiful stories from the event. One member of the audience said she was at first reluctant to come to the concert because she felt like baroque music wasn’t relevant to her, that it was music only for the rich and wealthy. However, she told us that she was happy she finally did come, and had an experience she did not expect and will cherish.
